Company and private events

Host your event at the beautiful Ursula! Ursula’s excellent location, breathtaking surroundings, attentive customer service, and high-quality cuisine guarantee a successful event.

Ursula has hosted all kinds of events, from baptisms to memorials. Whether it’s a corporate celebration, a family event, a graduation party, or a birthday bash for up to 400 guests with your own band or DJ, we can accommodate your needs.

Ursula has a liquor license until 4 am, and guests can enjoy our terrace until then. Live music is allowed on the terrace, even with a band.

We can host events in the following spaces:

• The Merisali for 80 guests
• The Puistosali for 60 guests
• The Terrace for 250 guests
• The entire restaurant is also available for private events, with a total capacity of 450 guests.

We offer catering according to our menu options, which can be customized to suit your preferences. Our menu includes buffet options, three or more-course dinners, cocktail catering, casual soup or pie service, and coffee service.

Events are always sold with Ursula’s catering services. For private events, we set a minimum sales requirement based on the catering and staffing needs, the duration and nature of the event. We strive to set a reasonable minimum sales requirement to cover the catering costs.
